Cannot cancel cell c fibre contract - terrible service from cell c

Terrible customer service on cell C Fibre contract cancellation request. Requested a contract cancellation by following the instructions given by call centre staff. No response received. Phoned again, told to submit a form which would be emailed immediately. The form did not arrive. Cell C should be reported for consumer protection. Issue still unresolved. Cell c makes it impossible to cancel a contract.
