Cannot cancel a service that i did not ask for

<p>In October 2016 I asked for My Drive Unlimited to be put onto my account. They put Mi Assist onto my account in error. I have since been trying to cancell this with no luck. Everymonth I phone and I get told to phone the my assist people. When I phone them they say they cannot and I must phone Cell C. Cell C is billing me every month but cannot remove this off my accounts. I have two account and am paying for a service i did not ask for or want...I have Ref No 0n the 19/12 ********** ********** 84, another on the Ref no ********** ********** 91 and yet another ref no 15/2 ********** ********** 91. This last call i was told all is sorted out by Nontlantla at my assist. WHAT A JOKE I AM STILL PAYING AND NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE. I have two number and now Cell C owes me R276.29 on both my accounts. My first cell no is ********** 753 (I have had his number for about 12 years). My second number is ********** 019. Every month I am told I am in arrears but you owe me money.... I hope there is someone at Cell C that can sort this out or else I will be taking this further. Can you please contact me Viv Atkins on ********** 141 when this matter is resolved.
