CANNOT CANCEL A NON EXISTENT CONTRACT or SPEAK TO A HUMAN.
I actually have NO words to describe my sheer frustration at your company! I think it was over 6 years ago I took out a cheap data contract, that I have never used! For at least the last 3 - 4 years I have been trying to get you to CANCEL this contract that you seem to think I have. Your call centre agents have assured me that I do not have a contract with you! Every email I get from you says you will escalate the matter! I have now been on a facebook chat for over 4 HOURS trying to get someone to call me! I have emails dating back at least 3 years with me trying to CANCEL. I have cancelled debit orders, and then all of a sudden you debit me in the middle of the month. Please refund me my money and remove me from any database after that!
