Cannot cancel a contract

After cancelling a contract with Cell C, they continued to charge me. Later found out that the other two numbers on my name were transfered to business account. Received a ref nr SN ********** ********** 942810, but still no repayment. I am now trying to cancell another contract with them, but cannot get through to the cancellation department. Was advised to dial 084 143 choose option 2. Did that 5 times - no luck. I'm am very frustrated!
