Cannot call all numbers even though I paid for minutes to make calls.
If you have calling minutes but no airtime money, even when you are on a monthly contract, you can not phone any 087, 060 and other numbers. How can this be legal? So I can call all other "private" numbers, but no "business" numbers, even though I have paid for minutes to make calls....... I have paid Cell C to make calls but yet am blocked from certain numbers. I just cannot understand this. Where does Cell C make mention of this?

Thank you for getting in touch.
You need to have airtime to call 087 numbers. Voice minutes cannot be used to call those number as they fall under "Shared price" or "Special numbers".
