Cannot block my cellphone and sim card .

My cellphone was ****** , I contacted the call centre to block my sim card and cellphone . Cell C refuses to block my sim card and cellphone as I cannot pass the security questions . Who memorizes numbers in their head ???. We have Rica'd the sims cards I am must answer 10 000 questions before I can get my own stuff blocked . I am very disappointed with service I have received after being a customer for over 10 years . I have decided to switch networks , as in the time of need Cell C cannot assist . I do not even have an id to begin with so please don't tell me to go to the store .
