CANNOT BE TRUSTED

Went to upgrade / downgrade my sons contract , the sales person explained to us for the remainder next 2 months will pay R508pm thereafter +- R400 , Budgeted accordingly gave my son the money for debit order , Cell C tried to deduct over R800 , this naturally was returned . when we enquired the call centre just says that is what we owe , went to the branch and all they can say the salesman made a mistake , and we must pay the balance .<br> 1) The salesman **** to us<br> 2) If the salesman didn't lie deliberate then he is ***********<br> 3) Why must I pay for his / cell c's mistake , now nobody wants to take responsibility and I must pay<br> <br> The bottom line is I trusted what he said and now it is going to cost me because I was the fool to trust a representative of CELL C <br> <br> I CAN ASSURE YOU THIS WILL NEVER HAPPEN AGAIN ^#@^&@&@&@<br> <br> Pierre van Niekerk
