Candelling contract and handing offer without effort to communicate

<p>My debit orders were bouncing since a change in account, not once did cell c bother to contact me to ask what is going on. I have been calling their retentions department and call centre yet keep on getting cut off, the worst part is they dont even bother contacting me back. Ive been a cell c client for 10years, not being in arrears once and that is how they treat me as being a loyal customer. Now my credit rating looks shocking due to this...now trying for weeks to get one amount due seems to be an impossible task for them. Makes you think doesnt it? Just cancelling a contract and handing me over, that ls the best you got? All i wanted was the curtiousy of a call and advising what is due.</p>
