cancelllation of Get it

Im doing a follow up on this report under this reference number Reference is ***3- A lady by the name of Nelly did call me on the 19/11/2015 and she promised me that I will receive a call from the Get it people and eve today nothing has happened.<br> how long does this take? if nothing happens by Friday definitely I'm moving because I cant be paying extra aR59... for something I don't use and been trying to cancel it and no one is listening to me.<br> <br> is this how you guys are making money out of us(customers)
