Cancelling of Contract

<p>I went in to the lephalale branch were i wanted to black list n phone and blocked a no ********** 316, as the service lady told me the no is blocked and she cant block my phone, i have called customer serve more than 4 times already this month and each time the customer service agent tell me that the line is still open and the pnone is blocked or so do they say as i asked them to send me a email so that i have proof that the no is blocked and the phone is blacklisted i still didnt received anything and it is a week later already as the person who stole my phone just call on my account that im responsible for ..... I really dont think this is unreasonabe .... As the Cell C Customer service dont want to send me a call log for the above no</p>
