Cancelling a deceased person's contract

Trying to cancel a ceased person's conteact since March 2023. All paperwork has been faxed through to headoffice twice by the local Cell C branch. All paperwork has been emailed along with all the other times they have been emailed. The widow is nearing a nervous breakdown already as this just does not get sorted out. No one will give the deceased contracts telephone number to contact directly. She gets sent from one department to another and nobody assists her. In rhe mean time she keeps paying the account each month. Surely that is not right? Her late husband and her have been Cell C clients for 15yrs plus and this is the way they treat their clients?
