Cancelling a contract with Cell C is always a nightmare????????????

I am not even sure what is going on at cell c. I wrote a review complaining about the fact that I was advised that I will pay full months installment even though I have used only 6 days worth of benefits this month as my contract was cancelled as of the 6th. Someone rep**** and advised that I will not pay full instalment. The debit order went off yesterday and guess what, the full installment was debited. I am not sure what is going kn but all I know is that it is frustrating. What frustrates me the most is that there always has to be something whaen I cancel the contract with cell c. Can someone please advise
