Cancelling a Contract is painful for the Client

Nurse has been in contact with me but once again she has advised that an invoice will be sebt through next month. Why is this????? She has also not confirmed that my contracts has been cancelled and that the Debit orders has also been cancelled. All proof of payments have been sent through. Cell C is not trust worthy. I need confirmation that thes contracts have infact been cancelles. Previoulsy you ha e charged me for a contract that has been cancelled and could noy explain what the charges where for. Why does it have to be so hard getting anything done when it comes to cell C. No one should even think of joining this networ**** Cell C is only in it for the money and does not even care one little bit about their customers. I will ensure that all of my friends and family will never join this network and i will also be posting bad reviews where ever possible.
