Cancelled my account but account no closed

My account was closed off and settled with Cell C as per statements received from them and our emails correspondence and now i am trying to contact them with regards to some sort of letter stating the account is closed after being sent from pillar to post i was transferred to a legal department which is one USELESS department if someone there can actually answer their phones been holding from almost an hour an a half STILL no answer and called Cell C customer care and everyone i mean everyone kept transferring me to one department (LEGAL) I even asked to be transferred some where else everyone kept say this one USELESS department called Legal
