CANCELLED CONTRACTS - STILL DEDUCTING MONEY

Cell C Call Ref no: ********** ********** 00. Time: 14h11 Date: 03.10.2017. Consultant: Cindy Tiyka. Department: Cancellations. Called in this date and time to cancel 2 year contract on 2 phones. I was informed last payment was: END OCT 2017. I was assured NO FURTHER PAYMENTS NECESSARY OR DEDUCTED. Since end of Nov 2017 these people are trying to deduct yet another premium for me. FOR WHAT??? You are a financial services provider who acts under the FAIS law. If you are sitting with the call which confirmed last date of payment, WHY ARE YOU still deducting money from me! I will seek legal advise if you do not get this sorted.
