Cancelled Contract within 7 days of purchase

I signed a contract with Cell C and within 7 days returned the phone because I could not receive any calls due to a lack of reception. It was the week in which I was inundated with calls from the press. The phone could not serve the purpose for which I bought it. Despite a signed letter from Floyd Khoza, the person who signed me up for the contract, Cell C deducted R643.72 from my credit card. I am still waiting for my refund, as contracted.
