Then she started encountering problems with the admin department this was end 2010 beginning 2011.<br> <br> On the 12 of April 2011, after no reply from Mr. Lwazi Dlamini to sort out her Cell C problems she gave more than a month notice making her last billing month end of May 2011. She stated clearly that she didn't want any problems and that they had her detail if they needed to contact her. On the 31May 2011 she got a letter from customer service that her contract will be cancelled.<br> <br> For years nothing happened although her e-mail address stayed the same and they could send her any billing or correspondence if they needed to. Nothing for years. Then on the 10th of October 2014 she receives a letter for Munnik Basson Dagama Attorneys stating that she owes Cell C, money.<br> <br> After numerous request to the attorneys telling them that her contract with cell c has been cancelled since 2011, and they need to contact Cell C to inquire what this amount relates to, Freddy Mthembu of the Attorneys just keep on adjusting the outstanding amount to such an extend that the amount owing doubled
