cancelled contract in jan, still getting debited in march
<p>thanks cellc, after cancelling in january and paying a cancellation fee, my accout is debited in march because there were fees outstanding? no one can tell me why I was not given the correct amount to pay in the first place. now I am paying subscription fees in march for a contract cancelled in january. worst service ever. </p>
The debit order that went off was for the 3GB of data that you purchased in the month of January 2017 and the postal delivery fee and on our system it reflects that in the month of January 2017 we never debited your account due to the credit of the payment that you made. The contract has been cancelled and there wont be any debits going forward.
