CANCELLED CONTRACT BUT DR ORDER CONTINUES

I am livid beyond speech at the inefficiency of the staff at Cell C. I have spent the last hour and 15 minutes trying to get sense out of these people who don't understand a very simple instruction.<br> <br> On the 27th of July I cancelled my one cell phone contract with the number ***. I said in my email that it is a months notice (in other words the notice was more than one month) The notice month would then be August 2015. The debit order for this account was taken off my account yesterday for August.<br> <br> I then phoned to confirm that there would be no debit order for September and that the contract is now cancelled. Well the ***** I spoke to first insisted that I would still be billed for September for August. and then in October I would be billed again for August for the termination month????? I was then put through to<br> THINA SELOTOLO who is a supervisor who tells me my account is now a PAY as you go which is not what I asked for, I want the CONTRACT CANCELLED IN TOTAL. He informs me that he will have to see if he can get that done as they have converted my contract!<br> <br> Can one person with some knowledge phone me and confirm my CANCELLATION!
