Cancelled contract and still DEBITING!!

Hi, I have cancelled my contract with cell c and they are still debiting the money in my account. when I go to the cell c branches around me im told i should call the legal department, when i call the department on option 4 no one responds to my calls. One thing that really makes me SICK!! My name is on the ITC LIST because of this ****. Please help.
