Cancelled contract
I am very disappointed with cell c. My contract with them ended last year September 2020 and I even got sms and email notification from them however they still charging me via debit order even though the contract has ended

I’m still waiting for your reply. If my contract was terminated on the 3rd September after you’ve debited my account on 01september without receiving minutes or data for the month of September why do you stil need to debit my account on the 01 October.
