CANCELLED CONTRACT

Hello Peter<br> <br> I am so dissapointed with service at Cell C, expected a Cellphone upgrade in Feb but was not delivered <br> have been to the Eastgate Branch Multiple times got multiple ref numbers.<br> <br> My complaint is they are still debiting despite my cancellation of the contract in August , I keep reversing the money every month since.. worse part is I cannot put a stop order because they change their ref numbers .<br> I cannot afford to pay R20 each time I do a reversal.<br> Will appreciate your help <br> Regards Francina<br>
