Cancelled contract
I have lost count how many times I have called to have my account closed because my contract expired. I even went to one of the stores just last week to make sure this was done. Today my account has just been debited with R415.91. I have not been using this number for over a year. I can't keep going back and forth with this. I would like my full amount paid back immediately.
