Cancelled Contract

My contract ended on the 26 August 2015. When my contracted ended, Cell C removed 183 available minutes and sms/mms of 241 from my number. I was furious because I PAID for that available minutes and sms/mms's. I wrote an email to Cell C and got a call back from a lady saying that I will be refunded those available minutes and sms/mms into my bank account. Its October already and I'm still waiting for my refund which Cell C promised me. So glad I ended my contract because Cell C makes empty promises, they remove things which you paid for and their customer service is bad. I wouldn't recommended Cell C to anyone because they don't care about their customers.<br> <br> I would like feedback and I would like my refund which Cell C said I'l be getting.
