Cancelled contract

I called Cell C in December 2014 to cancel my contract as it was due for cancelation and they told me the last payment will be due end December 2014, at the end of January 2015 they deducted my account again and when I called the call centre they told me that I was due for payment, I asked the lady who assisted me yesterday to ask a manager to call me back which also did not happen
