Cancelled... CANNOT DO SIM SWOP AND UNAUTHORIZED DEBIT ORDER
I have had a contract with this useless service for well over 8 years. I have never upgraded so I have never signed a new contract with them thus it is a month to month. I wanted to do a SIM SWOP only to discover that is something they either don't do or won't do. Their agents shop in NEWCASTLE was so flipping rude actually told me to push off and gave me the number to cancel AS THEY DON'T NEED PEOPLE LIKE ME, Duly cancelled and they have just continued to debit my bank account, I have returned the debit order and they just continue to put it through again. This is ***** and I will now take this FURTHER.

My contract was cancelled on the 7 May 2020, have it ON THE PHONE when I called check your records, NOW you have chosen when to cancel when you can't even do a simple task ON THAT DAY, NO IT DOESN'T WORK LIKE THAT, SEVENTH OF MAY 2020, IS NOT JUNE, YOUR AGENT REFUSED TO DO A SIM SWAP AND DEMANDED THAT I CANCEL THAT DAY 7 MAY 2020, WHICH I DID, check your records, I DON'T WANT YOUR RUDE USELESS SERVICE ANY LONGER. YOU CANNOT DO A SIMPLE SIM SWAP YOU ARE OF NO VALUE TO ME. As you have chosen to ignore me and continue taking money from me *******ly I will report this to Nedbank ***** and PASA.
No client of yours should allow you to have a debit order as you are, sorry to say, not trustworthy.
NEVER HAVE I HAD THIS FROM VODACOM, SIM SWAP SAME DAY - few hours WITH NO USELESS EXCUSES FROM A RUDE AGENT.
