CANCELLATIONS OF CONTRACT

I have tried to cancel my contract with Cell C, last week 7 May 2020 and even paid my cancellation fee. Called them many times and as soon as I speak to a consultant, I notice that the previous consultant as not cancelled the said contract. I have spoken to various consultants. Even e mailed proof of payment to Cell C. I am tired of doing so many follow up. I have sent an email to Cell C cancelling all contacts with them. Very unhappy with their service.
