Cancellations Dept unreachable

After cancelling a contract in November last year, i am still waiting to be reimbursed for the rest of the month i paid and received no service for. When calling cell c cancellations department you get stuck in an endless loop of going back to the customer service again and agian. The only way to get hold of the cancellations department is to go on Hello Peter.
