Cancellations Department

I have been unable to get through to the cancellations department for more than a week now. I have spoken to close to 30 customer care consultants, I have spoken to their supervisors and nobody is able to assist me with the cancellation of my contract. They all say they are transferring me to cancellations and I end up at customer care again. I went to the branch and they just gave me the number for cancellations and again you just get to customer care. It is the worst service I have ever received from any company
