Cancellations department

Good Day, I have been trying to call Cell C for a few days now but the number I received (084143) has an automated message which says the number does not exist. I then try 084135 and they tell me that they cannot cancel my contract as I must contact the cancellations department. This is very frustrating as I need to cancel this contract asap.
