Cancellations - A Lie!

I had called this company about a month and a half ago to find out the procedure for cancelling my contract with them as I no longer required it. I was told that I could cancel the contract over the phone of which I was put through to the cancellations department eventually, after 5 or 6 tries to get through.<br> <br> Today I called to find out why the phone line is still able to dial out (again after 5 or 6 tries to get through) and get told by one customer service agent that the contract is NOT CANCELLED. It is so easy to get through to customer service department yet impossible to get through to cancellations. Is this a trick that Cell C is trying??<br> <br> My contract has not been cancelled and I no longer need it. The call centre agent even confirmed that their process is telephonic cancellation and that no cancellation is noted on her system. I feel like I am being ****** here and forced into frustration of not getting through to the cancellation department on purpose!!<br> <br> I want someone from Cell C to phone me and give me confirmation that the contract is CANCELLED!!!!
