Cancellation Struggle with Cell C
All i asked was to cancel the fibre service with cell c and they giving me the run around. can you believe i was told that my information that they asked me through security questions is wrong. My name, Id number and email address. I'm told that this information provided by myself for myself is incorrect.
The TCF Principles are seriously defied by Cell C
