Cancellation ****.

So ja, after never missing a payment ever for 10 years Im not allowed to upgrade because Im under debt review. Ok fine, ill go to prepaid then and leave them all together eventually. I phone the helpdesk and go through the security questions twice again. Agent says fine I can cancel.... one month notice. Its the 2nd of sept. So contract will end 2nd october. Fine. I then asked if I will be charged on the 1st. Yes is the answer, R176. My contract is only 270pm so that doesnt even make sense. R176 for one days' service. Cant be legal. Anyway, I cancelled the cancellation and ill phone on the 29th of this month. And then once ive gone prepaid ill switch to someone else.
