Cancellation request note accepted
It's been 3months that asked Cell C consultant to cancel the GetMore option which I keep being charged for. Apparently they called once and when I was not available no one left a message. I don't want to be asked why I am canceling. I need it cancelled. I dont see myself continuing with any of the Cell C contracts. Clearly customer care is not a core of their business. Very disappointed with the service provider.
