Cancellation request ignored by Cell C

I requested cancellation of a month to month data contract that I have with you in June, I was advised by your retention department that I am required to give a month notice and my last debit should be processed at the end of July. you again debited my account in August, why are you forcing your services down throat? you are violation my rights as a customer, Fix this!
