Cancellation Request

These network should be closed permanently,they give a **** service,they debited from my account as they like ,I have a contact with them for R80 monthly and get 5g of data,and my contacts expired in September, but they still debit and I have cancelled already, spoken to their consultant Thulani to cancel last week, he couldn't assist me ,today called in spoke to Basetsana Mathe who wasn't able to assist me ,she couldn't even give me reference number for my call ,
