CANCELLATION REQUEST
I sent an email to Cell C regarding a cancellation of my contract. Within an hour a lady by the name of Kiam called and asked me questions relating to my query. She then said that she'll transfer me through to their cancellation department and then the call cut before I was connected to that department. I wanted for 3 hours thinking that I will get a call back and to this hour I have not received a call back. I WANT THIS CONTRACT CANCELLED WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT. I WILL NOT PAY FOR SOMETHING I CANNOT USE.
