Cancellation of wifi Cell C

I have been trying to cancel my wifi contract from the weekend.. Everytime I phone 135 the answering just says.. YOUR CALL CAN NOT BE ROUTED! Today is the last day I can apply for my 30 days notice period! After today I must again wait another 30 days to cancel!! I sent various emails but did not get one reply!! I phoned Matlosana Mall branch but they said I must phone 135.. How can I keep on phoning if my call is not even answered!!
