Cancellation of Wi-Fi router

The way you treat your customers in all honesty is beyond the word ridiculous, it is bull ****. So, just because my father does not wanna upgrade the useless Wi-Fi we have been using, he must call cancellations department to cancel it, when we got this wifi, we were never informed of cancelling anything when the contract ends, and now this, why do we have several people calling us for an upgrade, even threatening us for not upgrading this nonsense, telling us we cant leave it we need to upgrade, and they cannot conduct a simplest phone call from the cancellations department. Was this even discussed upon us taking this contract, i dont think so. Just when i though we will now have peace of mind because clearly you do not treat us right, we come across such thins, you people are ridiculous and wasting our time.
