Cancellation of the order they can't supply

I have been trying to order a P8 lite phone in July then I was told that they is no stock I should leave my number then I will be notified when the stock arrived, then I did as told. I therefore received a call early August that the stock has arrived I therefore continued with my order and migrated one of my number which I was promised that I will receive the phone within 10 days. When I made a follow up a week later I was then told that they don't have stock again I therefore cancelled the order because the agreement wasn't honored. Since from then I have been trying to cancel the order as I wanted to take another phone at Cell C Heidelberg with the sales lady (Thandi), she also have been trying to cancel the order from the 29th of August but could get it done she until yesterday the 15th of September. The worst part is everyone I have been talking to just tells me that it has been sent to the relevant department and will be cancelled within 48 hours, while they say that I cannot take another contract using my number as it has been migrated today (16th of September) I already called for 3 times trying to cancel but now everyone I talk to just cuts me off please help.
