cancellation of the Cotract

My name is Nthatheni, I have the contract with cell, apparently there was a package that was sent to me (Huawei P20 Lite Black 64gb Dual Sim LTE-a Bundle On Media play 500mb) order number is ( *** ) which I never apply for it, I log the call that I don't need this and they advise me to return the package I did and it was collect by RAM, but when I check bank statement they debiting, the phone that I apply is Huawei p30 light and Cell C Fixed 4G 15GB. I log the complaint to cancellation by calling(184143) they gave me there reference or case number *** ), i was told hold until more 45 minutes until the call cut, even now my issue not solved, on the 6th of June they send me the message that the number I gave is wrong and I resend my correct number which is *** so that they can call back but up to now I haven't received any call, today I was checking my banking statement again, still they are deducted for the second time, how can I pay for something that I don't have, I want my money back please.
