cancellation of service

My wife cancelled her get more service last month and money was subtracted from her account this month because she did not answer a lousy phone call which get more didnt even do the effert to leave a voice message so my wife knows what this is about, she spoke to arrogant pallesa at get more who told her that its my wifes own fault and she should have told get more when to call, but because she missed the 1 call the service continues after my wife told them verbaly over the phone to cancel and all calls are recorded, Poor service! And big money ****
