Cancellation of Get More Product / Service

I received a sms on Tuesday 28th April to say this product has been activated. To my knowledge, I did not activate anything. I actually \cancelled"the service last year. I called Cell C and was then referred to the Get More call centre. Get More call centre then proceeds to tell me I never cancelled. They see I called May 2014 to cancel"
