Cancellation of Dream Call subscription
On the 30/06/2015 I called Cell C customer services to cancel Dream Call subscription/competition.I was advised to sms \stop"to 14567 and could only reload airtime on my cell after 48 hours. To date the deductions of R1.50 still persist after following instructions given from your the call centre agents. I called again on the 08/07/2015"
