Cancellation of contracts

<p>I have been trying for over a year now to cancel phones which are out of contract and not in use. I have been told that I can't do so without speaking to someone. However I am overseas and I am unable to make contact with you any other way than e-mail. Which is dificult enough as you don't give out an e-mail address. You do make sure to take your money from my account every month for no service at all. Hopefully this I might actually get someone to help me stop spending R240 a month I am not using.</p>
