Cancellation of contract/Reference ***

I am shocked and utterly disgusted with the service I received from Cell c, I logged a query on the 14th of the 12th for the courier to come and fetch the device, I don’t want the Huawei anymore, I want Samsung A31, the consultant from the Retention promised me that I will receive a call back, even today I am still waiting, I am stuck with the phone, I gave them a call on the 17th maybe 6th time, they putting me from one department to the other, I have been with Cell c for years, I don’t expect this kind of rotten service.

They advise me to call 084 143, there’s no one answering the phone, if Cell c doesn’t value me anymore as a client, kindly advice, I will take the busy somewhere, where I will be valued and appreciated. The time I wanted the contract, you were quick to call and quick to debit my account.

This is so disgusting and disappointing. I regret taking the 3rd contract. Can someone come and take the phone or cancel the entire contract.
