Cancellation of contract - nearly impossible since MAY 2020
Try to cancel your Cell C contract... not possible. I've been emailing, calling, leaving messages & visiting the local branch and still not one person able to complete the process of cancelling my contract which is over due / expired. PLEASE, who can I personally call to resolve this?

30 Nov 2021, 10:41Dear CellC. I received a call this morning and my issue / cancellation was resolved in 2min, 55sec. This is an accomplishment and I thank you for this. It is however sad that one has to go to these lengths to do a simple task like this. If I may leave you with some advice, please make these type of tasks / customer request as easy as it is to open a new contract.
