Cancellation of contract just don't happen!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am not one to write reviews & rate services. But I got to a point where I have to try other resorts in order to get my Cell C contract cancelled forever!!! Cell C is the worst company to deal with!! I have cancelled my contract last year (2017) already, but they still keep on deducting every month. And every month I have to phone & cancel again and again and again. And every time they confirm that the contract is cancelled, but still they deduct from my account. I am now sick & tired of phoning & cancelling my contract as I have not used the c cell sim in more than over a year now.
