Cancellation of Contract

Words cannot describe how unhappy I am with Cell C .

I made a call to have my contract terminated , I paid my last payment and got a conformation to say that my contract is cancelled yet they still bill me . When asked why? they suddenly cant find my final payment after i have been using the same reference no and account no as always. I have been waiting for 4 days now and send my Proof of payment to 4 different people and now being ignored.

I have taken this to the ombudsman so hopefully they will be more helpful
