cancellation of contract

Good morning I'm very unhappy with the service I got from cellc and that is the reason I can cancelled my account with you and I will never recommend anyone to have a contact with cellc the begin of November I paid of my account in full 1624.45 in full called your cancellation department and they told me my contract was cancelled and I don't owe u on the 21 November cell c went into my account after paying my full amount you guys debited my account 1624.45 to me that is ***** I want that t that money reversed in my account before end of business today if not I will take feature steps you guys can not do that to people I'm very unhappy with the service and I will not recommend your service to anyone I'm a very very unhappy client I want my money back asap
